Cimora AI provides AI-powered video editing services, including but not limited to: video formatting for social media platforms, subtitle generation, colour grading, AI voiceover, and professional editing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You retain all rights to videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Cimora AI a limited licence to process, edit, and store your content solely for delivering the Service. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, or violates any applicable law.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Cimora AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
Cimora AI is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We will delete your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
